If your flight gets delayed by a significant amount of time and you are unable to pick your car up at the agreed time you should contact your parking provider. The phone number of the parking provider will be available in your confirmation email or in your ParkCare profile. From there you can arrange an alternative pick up time. If you can not contact your parking provider do not worry, staff members at the parking providers usually track the status of flights and will usually be aware of any significant flight delays.
